how to register
There are two ways for you to register - online payment below or by having me send an invoice to your agency. An invoice is easier if you are registering multiple people.
INVOICE TO YOUR AGENCY: We are happy to send an invoice to your agency. Please send an email requesting an invoice to elmerdickens@live.com with:
1) Name, phone number and email of person registering others (registrar);
2) Full name, email and phone number of each participant;
3) Name, phone number and email of the person to whom the invoice should be sent;
4) Agency name and address.
5) We will generate an invoice and email it.
ONLINE PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION: The process is simple and easy.
1. Click the PAY AND REGISTER NOW button below for the seminar you wish to attend.
2. There will be a Notes box, and you must add the PARTICIPANT'S name, phone number and email in this box. The PARTICIPANT is the person who will actually attend the seminar. The Notes field is REQUIRED, you will not be able to complete the registration until you enter the participant's information here.
3. Enter your payment information. In the Billing Contact - enter the name of the person who should get the registration confirmation (this could be the participant or the registrar).
cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend a training seminar after you have registered, you can send an alternate person from your agency, with no charges.
If you need to cancel your registration entirely, there will be a cost of $25 per participant to cover the payment processing and administrative fees.
